Plant cells differ from animal cells in which ways?

Plant cells have mitochondria, but animal cells do not.
Plant cells have chloroplasts, but animal cells do not.
Plant cells have cell walls, but animal cells do not.
Plant cells have cell membranes, but animal cells do not.

Respuesta :

The lysosomes are the animal cell's "garbage disposal", while in plant cells the same function takes place in vacuoles. Plant cells have a cell wall, chloroplasts and other specialized plastids, and a large central vacuole, which are not found within animal cells.

Answer:

All living things are made up of cell`s. We have two type of cell`s known as eukaryotic and prokaryotic. Eukaryotic cell`s  are complex cell`s however, prokaryotic cell`s are small and simple. An example for eukaryotic cell is Plant and animal. An example for prokaryotic cell is bacteria cell. However, let`s go back to the questions. Based on the question plant cell usually have all the bits that animal cell have, plus a few extra things that animal cell don`t have:

1) Rigid cell wall- made of cellulose. It supports the cell and the strengthens it.

2) Large vacuole- contains cell sap, a weak solution of sugar and salts. It maintains the internal pressure to support the cell.

3) Chloroplast- These are where photosynthesis occurs, which makes food for the plant. The contain a green substance called chlorophyll.
