So I have this friend who marries a quintuplets yes a quintuplets now he is a muslim and he had a child on each of the girls so does the children call each other siblings or cousins?
It depends on how they feel about each other, if they feel like siblings and live together that's what they call one another but if they aren't close then just cousins.
