Owl would hunt at night and sleep during the day. She would get very cranky if anyone or anything made any noise during the day and disturbed her sleep. One day, she was just about to fall asleep when she heard a cricket chirping. She hooted at the cricket to keep quiet, but the cricket chirped back that it had no intention of stopping. Owl then said to the cricket, "Well, if you won't be quiet, then I may as well try and enjoy your beautiful chirping song. Why don't you hop up here and chirp your tune closer to me so that I might hear it better." The cricket was flattered by the compliment and hopped all the way up the tree to sing and chirp right next to Owl. As soon as the grasshopper drew near, Owl snapped the grasshopper up in her beak and swallowed the grasshopper whole.

It would be B)It shows the owl sitting close to the owl in the tree.

Explanation:

This is because for A)It shows a crow talking to owl, it says 'talking' which is a verb which makes it no longer imagery same goes for C) and D) because C) states 'eating' and D) states 'getting woken up'

I know you already have an answer, but I hope it explains why it's B). :)
