Post mortem, also known as autopsy, is where they examine a dead body to see what’s the cause of death.
They do this by opening the body and cutting open diff organs and such to see the cause and effects that led to their death.

For ex: was it successful, unsuccessful, risky, where does it need improvements and so on just so they know how to make it better next time.
