I think the answer is A!
Here is why:
A- 3 2/7 = 3.38
we can divide 2 by 7 and get .38 which, we will add to 3 to get our number
B- 3 1/4 = 3.25
we can divide 1 by 4 and get .25, which we will add to 3 to get our number. A nice trick for 4ths is to thinks about how quarters make up a dollar!:-)

D- 3.36
