PLEASE HELP
Experimental question: At what pH and amount of substrate would the enzyme amylase would have the most amount of product (enzyme activity)?
My hypothesis will be that the enzyme pH will have a hot temperature and will make small amounts of the enzymes activity because it takes time to process.
