There are four main exit strategies for ending your involvement with a company: selling the company, liquidating the company by selling assets and releasing the cash flow to investors, selling stock to the public, or selling private stock to private investors. Which exit plan strategy will you choose for your company? Explain why

I am assuming there is no correct answer rather preference so here:

I would choose to sell stock to private investors so I as the (assuming) CEO, could receive a lump sum profit and the company could still stay afloat keeping any and all employees employed. Additionally the brand name would not be impacted as severely as if you were to just sell out to the public.
