Sometimes you aren't scared of a spider or a snake. You are just scared of the snake biting  you or afraid of something happening to you if you get bit by a snake or a spider. Or you might be afraid of heights or just you're afraid of bridges.I’m also afraid of bridges falling while I'm on it. because I don't know how to swim or I have a fear of clowns because when i watched the movie IT. Or not actually scared clowns you're scared of IT and red balloons and you're scared of it feeding on your fear .But here's what I'm getting at sometimes you're not actually afraid of that thing you're scared of it doing something to you. Or it causes an effect on your life. Let's say you have a whole bunch of fears and all your fears are around you. Your mind triggers and it tells you to run so you run. you're not actually scared of that thing you're scared of it doing something to you. Let's say I have a fear of bridges. I'm actually scared of bridges. I'm scared of it falling or breaking when it's over water. Sometimes you're not scared of that thing. You're scared of it doing something or causing an effect on your life. like me sometimes I don't like being around certain people who caused an effect in my life .And if you have a fear of being in a pool I actually don't have a fear of being in the pool I have a fear of drowning or other stuff.or let's say I have a fear of the ocean I don't actually have a fear of the ocean I actually scared of unknown creatures in the ocean because only 2% of the ocean  has been searched. in the other 98% of the ocean the we don't know what's in that 98% of the ocean so we stay in that 2%.Let's say I have a fear of fire I don't actually have a fear fire I actually have a fear of something burning down in flames like a house or something or I accidentally burning a little piece of my finger when I'm cooking or something.And sometimes is not good to have a whole bunch of fears because all those fears can end up causing you to have a heart attack or an effect on your life and that's not good for you and it's okay to have like one or two fears but not a lot because all those fears can end up backfiring on you and end up causing a huge effect on your life and that's not good for your health or anything.is always good to face your fears so you can get over your fear.And I honestly learned that since I was little I knew that since I was little you have to get over your fears by facing your fears.Or let's say I have a fear of ghosts and I end up seeing a ghost I have to get over my Fear I keep looking at the ghost because if you keep looking at what you're afraid of and being around your fear of what you're afraid of sometimes it's better to face your fears then hide from your fears.and what helped me get over my fears what by facing them.And sometimes is better to get help when you're facing your fears. Because you might go to a lot of stuff at that time. And then or sometimes it might be better for you to face your fears by yourself .But have somebody to talk to ever here and there.and that's why I say it's good to get over fears and how to get over phobias and explain sometimes what you're afraid of isn't what you're afraid of your afraid of it causing an effect on your life or something like that. also did you know that Scriptophobia is the extreme fear of writing in public? In some cases, the phobia can affect the sufferer’s day to day life.
