Well, Juan is a dynamic character in "The Censors", he went form trying to outsmart the censors by working for them, but eventually became dedicated to it and censors his own letter leading to his own death. Juan censors his own letter, Juan becomes loyal to government, juan turns in co-workers, narrator claims juan is "clever" at a time he is being foolish.
Juan is dedicated, fearful, brainwashed, nervous, back stabber, clever, selfish, unoriginal, accuser, loyal, devoted, resourceful, creative, proud, sender of letter, which makes him a good censor.
