Would you want to live in Babylonian Empire under the Code of Hammurabi? Explain using details.

I would not like to live in the Babylonian Empire under the Code of Hammurabi. This is because I feel that many laws in the code did not make sense, and an “eye for an eye” punishment is too hard on the public.
