i think it would be more positive because i wouldn't see how other people look and if i can't see how other people look then i wouldn't be able to compare myself to them

If someone was born blind then I imagine that it would change your body image significantly. First of all, if you're born blind then you have no idea what a ‘good’ body image looks like and you may not care what you look like cause why would you if you can't see. Although I'm sure your parents and stuff would help.
