Well for breakfast I normally have just some oatmeal not really the healthiest choice but it makes you much more stronger if you eat a lot. I also have orange juice which had Vitamin D which is also helpful. For lunch I normally have something different everyday but it's mainly just salad (ceaser) with a boiled egg! Now I don't have the boiled egg all the time cause some times eggs are not good. For dinner it also switches but I normally have steak with asparagus and broccoli it's really good for you but don't have steak all the time maybe once in a while. My eating habits are pretty good other than I just had oreos but beside that you can always have a cheat day but I am overall healthy
