When you’re lying you know that you’re lying. A delusion is basically when you feel like something is real when it really isn’t so you might tell someone but it didn’t really happened.

there is a small line between the truth and a lie some people think there is a difference and say lying i wrong but many people lie on the time when people think they are telling the truth they might think they are but there is a thing called an omitory lie where you don't tell someone a thing that happened. even though you aren't lying you also aren't telling the truth. also when it comes to telling truth we do leave out some information and we only tell thing that we may have seen, heard but sometimes are sense can be wrong.
