1. Calories become energy. They are measured in heat output or joules. 3500 calories if not burned off equal 1 pound of weight.
2. This answer will depend on what you eat in a day and how much exercise you do. But we will say 2000 calories in and 1800 calories out (or burned in exercise)
3. Gain weight since you would have an extra 200 calories a day. It would take 3500 calories to equal a pound so 3500/200 = 17.50 it would take 18 days
4. 3500/300=11.67 so 12 days
5. 3500/200=17.5 so 18 days

Calories give energy to your body, so for example if you eat a 2,000 calories meal you may gain weight but you will have more energy stored. I don’t keep track of the calories that go in and out. You will gain weight if you gain too much. It would take at least a month or two. It would take 7 days to gain one pound. Hope this helped
