Beginning is where the Characters are introduced: Kate and Mr. Jacks and the Setting explained: the city outside the airport and force field. The Purpose is to escape.

Middle is where the Conflict is described: how they escaped. The Rising Actions is when others trying to discover their escapes. The Climax is reached when Kate and Mr. Jacks escaped.

End is where the Conflict is Resolved: Kate found out Mr. Jacks also escaped. It wraps with the Theme if there is one.
