for me, I don't  really deal with anger, but I'm stressed 24/7. What I do is blast my music and ignore the world around me. If you can't do that because you have parents, then talk about what makes you angry. If your parents don't listen or understand, then you have to accept that you cannot change people, this can help you move past your anger. I learned the hard way.
