Which is most important and why?

1. Safety

Safety Is important to me because it can help use many things whether it is technology or not it allows me to take my precautions to be alert of any possible things that could happen and hurt me.

2. Correct exercise

By choosing the correct exercise it could help see the progress faster, it could also help us to not do too much exercise by seeing which ones we need it can help save a lot of energy and a lot of soreness.

3. Good personal fitness

It is good to make a plan and to stick to it but it is also good to go through it and make sure that many of the things are doable so that we wont unnecessarily waste money or energy doing something when we could have done it another way a better way.
