What do you think about this quote??? I need it for history class. Like if you agree with it TELL ME WHY! If you DO NOT agree with it TELL ME WHY! DO NOT just say "I agree"

In the long term we can hope that religion will change the nature of man and reduce conflict. But history is not encouraging in this respect. The bloodiest wars in history have been religious wars. - Richard M. Nixon

Answer:

Yes no doubt that the bloodiest wars in history has been religious wars. We should not actually have that stopping us from making changes... history gives us information and knowledge about past events in order to predict the future or avoid making some certains mistakes made...

Now talking about religious and reduction of conflict, its important to know that peace comes from the mindset of u and I and the type of thoughts we have due to a particular incidence.

Every religion teaches peace as a moral value..

now the question is do we take our religion and what it teaches serious..

Now that should be the question left for your audience to answer

If you and I should actually sit back and meditate on what we can do to make our nation and country to be a better place for the future generations

Then we can say to ourselves we made an impact and die with smiles on our faces....
