Oliver should practice more physical activities, and get plenty of fiber. He should go for whole grains, too. Lose extra weight, skip fad diets, and just try to make healthier choices. Cut out sugar and refined carbs from his diet, work out regularly, drink water as his primary beverage, quit smoking (if he was), follow a very low carb diet, watch portion sizes, and avoid sedentary behavior.

Oliver should reduce his intake of sugary and fatty foods that have high calorie intakes. He should replace sugary drinks (soda) with water. He should have minimum of 5 different fruits a day. Oliver should eat lots of whole grains and avoid eating fast food.
