According to the question,

Requirement of syrup for 1 day $=3\dfrac{1}{5}$ fluid ounces

                                                   $=\dfrac{3\times 5+1}{5}$ fluid ounces

                                                   $=\dfrac{16}{5}$ fluid ounces

Requirement of syrup for 25 day $=25\times \dfrac{16}{5}$ fluid ounces

                                                       $=\dfrac{400}{5}$ fluid ounces

                                                       $=80$ fluid ounces

Syrup required for 25 days is 80 fluid ounces which is greater than 64 fluid ounces.

Therefore,  64 fluid ounces of syrup is not enough for 25 days.
