Subjective is the opposite of objective. Objective states facts and things that everyone can agree on. When something is subjective it means that it's more of an opinion and something that isn't necessarily a fact.
Objective statements are ones that are not swayed by opinions, feelings, and emotions. Subjective statements are the ones that have feeling attached and can't be considered a quantitative answer.
In your case, the statement you made before your question just means that "What War Looks Like" is an example of news reporting that wasn't necessarily all based on facts, and had to do with opinions as well as emotions.
