He many reps/ set do I have to do to get his abs and biceps in 25 days plz don’t say anything other then the answer

It depends on what state your body is in at the moment. If your stomach is already flat, it may take around a month to receive those abs. Although in my guess, maybe you would have to do around 50 reps per 5 sets everyday with different workouts. (depends on the type of exercise) I'm not quite sure for biceps, but maybe the same amount, but less. You may have to do the exercise throughout the day and consume lots of protein.
