According to me it should be a plant cell.
Because we can observe that there is a single but very big central vacuole (while in animal cells, there are many small vacuoles).
If we look closely, we can also observe that there is a cell wall in addition to the cell membrane. (cell wall is that greyish black boundary and the cell membrane is the inner deep black boundary).
