There’s no right or wrong answer cause both are true. Writer’s use perspective as if they are in someone else’s shoes, thinking in their point of view, how you are writing will decide who is speaking in the writing. Artists uses perspectives to draw how others would see their picture for example a picture can have two people. People viewing the art would see the first person, another person would see the second person, or maybe see both people in the art. Everyone has their own perspectives and view of a certain question or event that has happened.
