Formation of a Law
The First and foremost stage of Formation of a Law is the drafting of the Bill. After Drafting of a Bill, it is introduced in the Congress, it can be introduced in Senate or the House.
The third stage is review of the Bill done by a Committee. The fourth stage is it's intoduction to "the floor". In the fifth stage debate and discussion is done.
