Dana should plan to spend 2 1/2 hours walking back because for every hour she spends running she spends 5 more hours walking. That's a ratio of 5 to 6 because she spends 5 hours walking in 6 hours spent training. 5/6 of 3 hours is 2 1/2 hours.
