Since the whole thing is 180, subtract 180 from both of the numbers. Then subtract it by 45 and see what it gives you?? I’m not sure how to help but if that doesn’t help at all, I’m sorry.

$x + 85 + x + 64 + 45 = 180°$

$(x + x) + (85 + 64 + 45)= 180$

$2x + 194= 180$

$2x = 180 - 194$

$2x = - 14$

$x = \frac{ - 14}{ \: \: \: \: 2}$

$x = - 7$

$∴ \: the \: value \: of \: x \: = - 7$
