Answer:

That is definitely considered plagiarism.

Explanation:

Your teacher could find the picture if they know how to trace where it originally came from since this is the internet.

I don't recommend doing so due to how much trouble and conflict it would inflict on you. Stay safe though :)

Hi! Kiri here! Hope this helps! .w.

Explanation:

YES!! This is considered plagiarism! If the teachers know where to trace the drawing from if found on the internet, there is possible legal trouble on the way.

From Legalzoom: Although plagiarism is not a criminal or civil offense, plagiarism is illegal if it infringes an author's intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark. For example, the owner of a copyright can sue a plagiarizer in federal court for copyright violation.

EX: If i were to take one of your drawings and submit it for my Gifted Arts Portfolio and they traced it back to you, they can say i plagiarized that drawing and reject me.  If possible, you would be able to sue me from around  $750 or up to $30,000. If i "willfully" took your work, i could be sued for about $150,000 per infringement.
