Answer: 1: If this is something that you like, then it gives you a reason to strive more at school so you can keep doing it.

3 This prevents ankle injuries, keeps you up on your feet and the ability to know where you are in space
4 I can improve in basketball if i'm also a soccer player. This can give me more hustle and endurance/stamina for the next game.

6 Hiking. I don't do this like on a professional level but you need running shoes and the clothes needed for the weather hiking with. The one and only procedure i'd say is no running.

1.) It makes me more knowledgeable about activities and safe ways to perform them. Like, for example, doing every activity without getting hurt.

3.) Plain old walking. I am constantly falling forward, and you have to keep my balance and coordinate the movement of my feet with the forward motion of my body.
4.) I play soccer. So that would mean that I can play hockey in the off-season because of the similar movements and fast-paced play.
5.) My guess is the leg action of treading water. The leg action of treading water requires more time and hard work than air, so it is a more difficult aquatic exercise.

7.) Yes, because all of the activities I do in more than an hour.
