Explanation: Phagocytosis
occurs in the scavenging white blood cells of our body. They prowl around looking for invading bacteria and viruses which they engulf and destroy. Pinocytosis ("cell drinking") is almost the same process as phagocytosis, except it involves liquids instead of solids.
