This relationship can be romantic (e.g., spouse, partner, etc.), non-romantic or platonic (e.g., friends), or professional (e.g., mentor). The purpose of the assignment is to explicate how one would go about finding and choosing an individual for one of these positions. You should assume that this plan is detailed enough that someone else could take it and choose on your behalf.

Your submission should include the following elements:

Three KSAs that are required for the position
For each KSA identified state why this is required (think job analysis; what is it for? "I just like it" isn’t good enough.)
