So lets set up what our question looks like. 
$65^{5} * 10^{9}$ ÷ 42 

So we can follow the rules of PEMDAS
and it says to figure out exponents first. 
So $65^{5} = 1,160,290,625$
And..
$10^{9} = 1,000,000,000$

Now we have to multiply those two numbers next...
1,160,290,625 x 1,000,000,000 = 1,160,290,625,000,000,000

Big numbers... 
Now to divide that by 42 
1,160,290,625,000,000,000 ÷ 42 = 27,625,967,260,000,000

I'm not sure if this is the correct answer anymore. 
But my answer is 27,625,967,260,000,000
