How do i make a saline solution to clean my navel piercing? i got a navel piercing yesterday and i bought this wound cleaner (the products name is bactine) to clean the piercing. i read on a couple websites that soaking the piercing with saline solution is also good for cleaning the piercing. how do we make the solution or do we have to buy it? also do we soak a paper towel... show more i got a navel piercing yesterday and i bought this wound cleaner (the products name is bactine) to clean the piercing. i read on a couple websites that soaking the piercing with saline solution is also good for cleaning the piercing. how do we make the solution or do we have to buy it? also do we soak a paper towel with the solution and put it on the piercing for a couple minutes or is it supposed to be used some other way? thanks in advance (:

Most people just do it which ever way is more comfortable for them, I used a sea salt and water spray for mine and then washed it with soap and water in the shower. That's what the people told me to do but most people just do what is most comfortable for them, hope this helped ☺
