recently CA has been experiencing many wildfires to the point that many areas of land no longer have any living wildlife remaining. Predict what you expect to happen with this lifeless burned pieces of land in the next 5 years and explain. please help asap

Since the land will be cleared architect and house builders will probably go through that land and start building where the damage has been done.
