You could count by 2 or by adding 5+5 or 5x2 but I think there is more than what I added

4. 100 ÷ 10 = 10

5. 7 + 3 = 10

6. 6 + 4 = 10 

7. 8 + 2 = 10

8. 12 - 2 = 10

9. 177,329,132 - 177,329,122 = 10

10 999,999,999,999,999 - 999,999,999,999,989 = 10
