Well surgeons rely on light when they are operating on someone. Without the light they wouldn’t be able to see the organs and stuff inside the body and then they wouldn’t be able to operate on the patient. A dentist relys on light as well. They need to be able to see inside the mouth in order to examine the patient’s mouth/teeth and see if anything is wrong with their teeth. Without the use of light the dentists wouldn’t be able to see inside the mouth because it is pretty dark and hard to see in the back. I hope this helps :)
