I did two positive ways:
First situation: my mom was mad at me and I didn’t really get to talk to her about it. So everytime I did talk to her about it she was always angry with me. When I finally got to talk to her and explain everything we were perfectly fine and it really helped and made me feel better. This was a situation where communication was very positive.
Situation 2: My friend said a mean thing to me and I didn’t know how to react. So, I was upset about it. They came to me and asked what was wrong and I talked to my friend about the situation. Once I talked to them I understood they didn’t really mean it and now everything is good. This is another situation where communication was good. It really helped knowing my friend didn’t really feel that way.
