Answer:
1) with the help of others, you can use a rope and rappel down the hole retrieve the kitten then, climb/be hauled up and out of the hole.
2) get a cat trap, put some food in the trap, then lower it down. Wait until the kitten is in the trap, bring it out of the hole.
3) Use a bucket and do the same type of thing with the cat trap. Has to be large so that the kitten won't be able to fall out of it.
