What is the difference between a socialist government and a communist government?
A) In a socialist government there is a command economy directed by the government and no individual wealth is allowed while in a socialist country the state owns all essential services, taxes the people heavily and provides for their needs (health, education, utilities, etc..)
B) In a socialist government the state cuts off all essential services, taxes the people heavily, and does not provide for their needs (health, education, utilities, etc..) while in a communist country the citizens command the economy and individual wealth is guaranteed for all citizens
C) In a socialist government the state owns all essential services, taxes the people heavily, and provides for their needs (health, education, utilities, etc..) while in a communist country there is a command economy directed by the government and no individual wealth is allowed
