Archaeologist have found out that humans have equally practiced hunting and scavenging in the late paleolithic age. About 2 million years ago, humans were hunter-gatherers who moved from one place to another in search of food and shelter.
However, some archaeologists have also uncovered that humans practiced scavenging by gathering meat from animals which were killed by larger predators.
Therefore, in the late Paleolithic period, people more likely to be both hunters and scavengers.
