Ensure ESD protection, Download new drivers do NOT install, uninstall existing drivers, download AND install the latest BIOS, Turn off PC and unplug power cord, apply thermal pads to heatsink and card, apply thermal paste, install heatsink, Install battery, turn on PC and install drivers
