What was proposition B?
Proposition B was a tax system introduced in Missouri under there were provisions to increase the amount of taxes that were imposed by the government. One of the purposes of increasing the amount of taxation was to improve the roads in Missouri.
All the people in town were asked to pay the increased amount of taxes which included both the people who knew how to drive and those who dint know about driving. Also, half of the people didn't know how to drive. Rohrbach argued that there was already a huge amount of money being paid to the government in form of various taxes. He doubted the requirement of this increased amount in taxes to repair the roads. And therefore doubted the intentions of the government to repair roads.
