How are you over there? I am happy to write to you today, and more importantly to thank you about your effort towards the success of my upcoming wedding ceremony. I am happy to tell you that we have made so much arrangements to guarantee us a successful ceremony. The provisions and the hall to use are all set.

I am writing to inform you that I will need your assistance concerning the reception of the important guests. I need a capable hand to properly help me take care of the guests, most especially those from my church and workplace. I will like to receive a reply to this effect.
