1. Recognition: the delivery service business needs to undergo a positive paradigm shift, and I will like to be recognized as an industry player in making such changes on how we render services.
2. Impact: I believe the best legacy is to create change–building up the trust between we and our customers, something that still has a long way to go.
Business goals:
1. Workplace diversity and equality:
I'll like to achieve a workplace environment that promotes equal treatment of employees irrespective of race, gender etc, but allows for diversity and mutual conversations.
2. Technological drive: I feel more needs to be done to include technology into our service operations. It is my goal to achieve 90% tech support on all operations in the next 15 months.
