There are not enough doctors to serve the population, there are no medications, there are no beds in the infirmaries or even in the intensive care areas. As a result, we are experiencing real chaos in the face of a pandemic like this. You may think that we are not an exception, since everyone is suffering from it, however I would like to inform you that in our city there is not even medication for people who will be intubated by respiratory problems, which generates a great agony and commotion across the region.

I urge you to lay down laws and guidelines that can help my city urgently.
