I would say participating in scheduled team activities as it sets a social requirement and expectation for the person and holds them to a standard. If you are exercising alone you can skip a week or not finish and only be judged by yourself. However if it’s a scheduled & continuous activity with team members you are more obligated to show up and exercise from social & schedule expectations.
