First, it could be understandable that the teacher warns the student. A little reminder of the behavior expected and make them know that there are consequences for their actions. Then, the proper disciplinary actions previously discussed and accepted by the principals of the school.

3. Was the teacher's action effective in guiding the children's behavior?

In some cases. Because as the statement says, "one child stayed for a few minutes and then left without permission, and the other child was forgotten." This means that the teacher did not pay enough attention to these two kids. And it is very important for the teacher to maintain the standard and be cautious about the right actions and considerations for all of its students.
