In the quote "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.", i will not agree with Alvarez's mother because a name is one's identity and if one cannot pronounce it, them they do not really know me.

What is a name?

A name is the identity to which a person is known with.

In the case above, some people may agree with Alvarez's mother as it is not always rights to correct how people pronounced a name as it didn't matter but to me, it does.
