Some owners throughout the community do not pick up waste produced by their dogs. Is this a point source or nonpoint source of nutrient pollution? Explain your answer.
Because usually point sources come from a pipe or you can track it down to a certain exact location but you can not track down dog poop from multiple dogs down to one exact location.
