Respuesta :

skin, tears, mucus, saliva, even urine can all wipe pathogens out of your body, although without proper hand washing/cleaning those mechanisms can become weaker and less able to fight pathogens. cleaning your hands is one of the best ways to prevent viruses, and flus, because the active germ killers in soaps and hand sanitizers will wipe the germs off of your body.

Answer:

The adaptive immune system and the innate immune system are two defence mechanisms which your body must fight pathogens. You can get germs that make you sick by not washing your hands. For example, you can receive salmonella poisoning if you handle uncooked chicken and put your hands in your mouth without washing it.
